Clubhouse Rentals

• The clubhouse is available for rental to AYC members only for the following cost.  Members are responsible to ensure the safety of guests and the facility as well as be considerate of the neighbors.
• $175.00 rental fee for 50 or fewer guests
• $200.00 rental fee for 51 to 100 guests (100 guest limit)
• $100.00 daily weeekday rental fee from Monday-Thursday 
• $375.00 rental fee for wedding 
• In addition, all renters must provide a $100.00 refundable damage deposit and a $60.00 cleaning fee refundable if self cleaning is satisfactory upon inspection
